Fort Ross Cove

Southwest-facing cove with moderate protection. Northern headland partially blocks NW and W swell. SW swell enters most directly at moderate-high exposure with refraction losses into the cove. WSW and W are attenuated by coastal geometry. Less protected than Gerstle Cove. Best on small swell days or north-dominant direction.
