West-southwest facing pocket cove with excellent protection from prevailing northwest energy. Headlands on both sides block N through NW swell effectively and attenuate W swell. SW and WSW swells refract into the cove at moderate exposure. South swell wraps around the southern point with significant attenuation. One of the more protected sites on the Sonoma Coast.
